STOW ACADEMY

Stow Academy, the leading educational institution in Slovenia, has been offering the most comprehensive coffee education program in the country since 2016, under the guidance of licensed SCA AST trainer Peter Ševič. We are a partner of the international organization Specialty Coffee Association, headquartered in London, and we implement the Coffee Diploma System program in Slovenia with the possibility of obtaining an international SCA certificate.

TRAINER

Peter Ševič, with over 15 years of experience, is the founder of Stow Academy and one of the most respected trainers in Slovenia. In 2016, he was the first in the country to introduce the internationally recognized SCA Coffee Diploma System program. His courses, known for their scientific precision and in-depth approach, have educated hundreds of enthusiasts and professionals in the coffee industry.
