When we founded Stow Coffee in 2015, we wanted to offer an exceptional choice of coffee in Slovenia and the wider region. Stow is a derivative of the name of the once renowned local STOL factory in Kamnik at the foot of the Kamnik Alps, where our roastery is located.
Stow Coffee is a different way of offering the highest quality speciality coffees.

Our passion for coffee inspires us to constantly explore new flavours, roasting techniques and ways to improve our customers’ coffee experience. Together, we strive to make Stow Roastery synonymous with premium coffee and an irresistible passion for flavours.
The Stow Academy is our brain. With a professional approach, we teach and share knowledge about the science of coffee through the SCA Coffee Diploma System, an international education programme, and workshops for coffee lovers.
The Stow Café is our playground and showroom, where we play with exceptional flavours and aromas during the coffee brewing process to give you an extraordinary taste experience.
