The general terms and conditions of business are drafted in accordance with consumer protection regulations, the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and international codes for online and electronic commerce. The online store Stow.si (hereinafter referred to as the “online store”) is operated by Gastpro d.o.o., an electronic commerce service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”).
By registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username, which corresponds to their email address, and a password chosen by the user. The username and password uniquely identify and associate the user with their entered data. By registering, the visitor confirms and guarantees that they are a legally competent adult. Upon registration, the visitor becomes a user and gains the right to make purchases. By purchasing a product, the user becomes a buyer.
These general terms and conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of visitors, users, and buyers, as well as the business relationship between the Merchant and the user as a buyer of products offered in the online store.
The Merchant commits to always providing the user with the following information:
Due to the nature of online business, the product offer in the online store is frequently updated and changed.
For products in stock, the delivery time is 2 working days for addresses in Slovenia, unless Pošta Slovenije has a different delivery schedule for a specific address (see section 10). For other products, the delivery time specified next to the product in the online store applies. Every product in the online store is available within a reasonable period.

Credit card payments and installment payments are only possible if the payer’s details match the cardholder’s details in the user’s profile.
The online price applies to all registered users of the Merchant’s online store. Additional charges may apply depending on the selected payment method (see section 4).
All prices in the online store are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices in the B2B online store do not include VAT, unless explicitly mentioned. The displayed prices do not include shipping costs (see sections 3 and 10). All prices apply only to electronic orders placed through the online store.
Prices are valid at the moment of order submission and do not have a predetermined validity period, meaning they remain valid until they are updated. Despite the Merchant’s efforts to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, or if a product’s price changes during order processing, the Merchant will:

Before confirming the order, users can also modify the delivery method and payment method.
After submitting an order, the user receives an email confirmation from the Merchant. The user has 1 hour to cancel the order without consequences. After this period, changes are no longer possible. Users can view order details at any time in their profile.
If the order is not canceled, the Merchant proceeds with processing. The Merchant verifies product availability and confirms or rejects the order. If necessary, the Merchant may contact the user by phone. Upon confirmation, the Merchant notifies the user of the estimated delivery date, officially concluding the purchase agreement (see section 7).
The Merchant prepares and ships the order within the agreed timeframe, informing the user via email. The email also includes return policy details and contact information for complaints or delivery delays.
The Merchant issues a written invoice to the user, detailing costs and the right to return products if applicable. The purchase agreement is stored electronically and accessible in the user’s profile. The agreement is concluded in Slovenian.
The agreement is binding from the moment the Merchant confirms the order, fixing all prices and purchase terms.
Users (buyers) may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products by notifying the Merchant at info@stow.si without stating a reason. Returning products within this period is considered a withdrawal notice. The only cost to the user is the return shipping fee.
Products must be returned within 30 days, in their original, undamaged condition. Exceptions include software, audio/video media, or items with broken security seals.
Refunds are processed within 30 days via bank transfer or store credit (for gift cards).
If a product includes a warranty, it is stated on the invoice or warranty certificate. Warranty claims require both documents. The warranty period is specified in the product description.
Claims can be made with the Merchant or directly with the manufacturer. Repairs must be completed within 45 days, or the product must be replaced.
The Merchant delivers products within the agreed timeframe via Pošta Slovenije or another courier service. Additional postage fees apply for cash-on-delivery orders.
The trader uses appropriate technological and organizational measures to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. For this purpose, the trader utilizes a 128-bit SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization.
Secure authorization and credit card transactions are handled by Stripe, Inc. Credit card authorizations are carried out in real time, with immediate verification of data from banks. Credit card information is not stored on the trader’s server.
The user is also responsible for their own security by ensuring the protection of their username and password and by using appropriate software and antivirus protection for their computer.
The trader does not accept orders from individuals whom they know or suspect to be children without explicit permission from their parents or guardians. The trader does not offer unrestricted access to products or services that could be harmful to children.
Without the explicit consent of parents or guardians, the trader will not collect any personal data related to children or share any received information with third parties, except with the child’s parents or guardians.
All communication intended for children will be appropriate for their age and will not exploit their trust, lack of experience, or sense of loyalty.

User reviews, comments, and product ratings provided by visitors are part of the online store’s functionality and are intended for the community of users.
The trader is not responsible for the content of reviews, comments, and product ratings posted by users or visitors. However, the trader reviews these contributions before publication and may reject those that contain false information, misleading statements, offensive language, obscene content, or those deemed unhelpful to other users or visitors. The trader assumes no liability for the information shared in such reviews, comments, or ratings.
By submitting a review, comment, or rating, the user or visitor explicitly agrees to the terms of use and grants the trader permission to publish all or part of the content in electronic and other media. The trader has the right to use this content indefinitely and for any purpose in its business interest, including advertising or other marketing communications.
The author of the review, comment, or rating declares and guarantees that they own the intellectual and moral rights to the submitted content and that they transfer these rights to the trader non-exclusively, indefinitely, and free of charge.
The trader strives to ensure that the information published in the online store is accurate and up-to-date. However, product specifications, availability, or prices may change so quickly that the trader may not update them in time. In such cases, the trader will notify the user (buyer) and allow them to cancel or modify their order (see section 5).
Although the trader makes efforts to provide accurate product images, all images are symbolic and may not fully reflect the actual product properties.
From the moment the order is handed over to the postal service, the trader is not responsible for any physical damage, destruction, loss, missing contents, or signs of tampering with the shipment. In such cases, the user (buyer) must file a complaint with Pošta Slovenije. If the package is damaged, the user must bring it to the nearest post office in the same condition as received (without adding or removing anything) and complete a complaint report. The trader will work with Pošta Slovenije to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.
The trader complies with consumer protection regulations and has an effective complaint-handling system. A designated contact person is available for users (buyers) via phone or email in case of issues.
Users (buyers) can submit complaints via info@stow.si. The complaint process is confidential. The trader will confirm receipt within five working days, provide an estimated resolution time, and keep the user informed of the process. The trader will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.
If an amicable resolution is not reached, the court in Ljubljana will have exclusive jurisdiction. The trader and the user (buyer), as participants in electronic commerce, mutually recognize the validity of electronic communications in court.
These General Terms and Conditions and all disputes between the trader and the user (buyer) are governed by Slovenian substantive and procedural law, excluding international private law rules that would refer to the application of any other legal system.
For any matters not covered by these terms, the relevant provisions of the Obligations Code, Electronic Commerce Market Act, Personal Data Protection Act, and Consumer Protection Act shall apply.
The trader reserves the right to modify or update these General Terms and Conditions in response to changes in laws, data protection regulations, or its business policy. Users will be notified of such changes via the stow.si website.
Each change or update takes effect eight days after publication. If required for legal compliance, modifications may take effect sooner.
A user who disagrees with the updated terms must cancel their registration within eight days of the change notice. If they do not do so, it is assumed that they accept the changes, and objections will not be considered. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing.
