General Terms<\/h3>\n<p>The general terms and conditions of business are drafted in accordance with consumer protection regulations, the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and international codes for online and electronic commerce. The online store <strong>Stow.si<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;online store&#8221;) is operated by <strong>Gastpro d.o.o.<\/strong>, an electronic commerce service provider (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Merchant&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>By registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username, which corresponds to their email address, and a password chosen by the user. The username and password uniquely identify and associate the user with their entered data. By registering, the visitor confirms and guarantees that they are a legally competent adult. Upon registration, the visitor becomes a user and gains the right to make purchases. By purchasing a product, the user becomes a buyer.<\/p>\n<p>These general terms and conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of visitors, users, and buyers, as well as the business relationship between the Merchant and the user as a buyer of products offered in the online store.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>2. Availability of Information<\/h3>\n<p>The Merchant commits to always providing the user with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Details about the identity of the Merchant (company name, registered office, and registration number).<\/li>\n<li>Contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently with the Merchant (email address, phone number, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Information about the essential characteristics of products or services, including after-sales services and warranties.<\/li>\n<li>Information about the availability of products or services.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery methods and conditions, including delivery locations and timeframes.<\/li>\n<li>Payment methods.<\/li>\n<li>The validity period of the offer.<\/li>\n<li>Information on the period within which the user can withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal.<\/li>\n<li>Information on product returns, including potential return costs.<\/li>\n<li>The procedure for submitting complaints and contact details for customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>3. Product Offer, Delivery Time, and Collection<\/h3>\n<p>Due to the nature of online business, the product offer in the online store is frequently updated and changed.<\/p>\n<p>For products in stock, the delivery time is <strong>2 working days<\/strong> for addresses in Slovenia, unless Po\u0161ta Slovenije has a different delivery schedule for a specific address (see section 10). For other products, the delivery time specified next to the product in the online store applies. Every product in the online store is available within a reasonable period.<\/p>\n<p>The user can choose one of the following product collection methods when placing an order:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Personal pickup<\/strong> at the company\u2019s headquarters (no shipping costs).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cash on delivery<\/strong>, where shipping costs are applied.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>4. Payment Methods<\/h3>\n<p>The Merchant provides the following payment methods for online store purchases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Advance bank transfer<\/strong> to the Merchant\u2019s transaction account based on a generated offer or proforma invoice (the online price applies; see section 5).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Credit or debit card payments<\/strong> (BA, Maestro, Diners Club, Eurocard\/Mastercard, Visa, Karanta, American Express).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Credit card payments and installment payments are only possible if the payer&#8217;s details match the cardholder&#8217;s details in the user&#8217;s profile.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>5. Prices<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>online price<\/strong> applies to all registered users of the Merchant&#8217;s online store. Additional charges may apply depending on the selected payment method (see section 4).<\/p>\n<p>All prices in the online store are in <strong>euros (\u20ac)<\/strong> and include <strong>VAT<\/strong>, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices in the <strong>B2B online store<\/strong> do not include VAT, unless explicitly mentioned. The displayed prices do not include shipping costs (see sections 3 and 10). All prices apply only to electronic orders placed through the online store.<\/p>\n<p>Prices are valid at the moment of order submission and do not have a predetermined validity period, meaning they remain valid until they are updated. Despite the Merchant\u2019s efforts to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, or if a product&#8217;s price changes during order processing, the Merchant will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inform the user (buyer) of the new price, allowing them to modify, partially or fully cancel, or confirm the order at the new price <strong>without additional charges<\/strong>; or<\/li>\n<li>Allow the user (buyer) to withdraw from the purchase and offer a mutually satisfactory solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>6. Purchase Process<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>6.1. Steps Leading to a Purchase Agreement<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>During the purchasing process, users (buyers) follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Log in<\/strong> to the online store with an email or username and password (if they have a registered account; see section 1).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Search<\/strong> for a product in the online store.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select<\/strong> a product for purchase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add<\/strong> the selected product to the shopping cart.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adjust the quantity<\/strong> in the shopping cart.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Review the price<\/strong>, including applicable taxes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choose a delivery method<\/strong> (see sections 3 and 10).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select a payment method<\/strong> (see section 4).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Review the order<\/strong>, including shipping costs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirm and submit the order<\/strong>, completing the purchase (see sections 6.3 and 6.4).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>6.2. Error Correction Before Order Submission<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Before submitting an order, users can easily:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>View and review selected products in their cart.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the quantity and see updated pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Remove unwanted products from the cart.<\/li>\n<li>Review calculated taxes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Before confirming the order, users can also modify the delivery method and payment method.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>6.3. Order Confirmation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>After submitting an order, the user receives an <strong>email confirmation<\/strong> from the Merchant. The user has <strong>1 hour<\/strong> to cancel the order without consequences. After this period, changes are no longer possible. Users can view order details at any time in their profile.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>6.4. Order Processing<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If the order is not canceled, the Merchant proceeds with processing. The Merchant verifies product availability and confirms or rejects the order. If necessary, the Merchant may contact the user by phone. Upon confirmation, the Merchant notifies the user of the estimated delivery date, officially concluding the <strong>purchase agreement<\/strong> (see section 7).<\/p>\n<h4><strong>6.5. Order Shipment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Merchant prepares and ships the order within the agreed timeframe, informing the user via email. The email also includes return policy details and contact information for complaints or delivery delays.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>7. Purchase Agreement<\/h3>\n<p>The Merchant issues a <strong>written invoice<\/strong> to the user, detailing costs and the right to return products if applicable. The <strong>purchase agreement<\/strong> is stored electronically and accessible in the user\u2019s profile. The agreement is concluded in <strong>Slovenian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement is binding from the moment the Merchant confirms the order, fixing all prices and purchase terms.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>8. Right to Withdraw &amp; Product Returns<\/h3>\n<p>Users (buyers) may withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the products by notifying the Merchant at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@stow.si\">info@stow.si<\/a><\/strong> without stating a reason. Returning products within this period is considered a withdrawal notice. The <strong>only cost<\/strong> to the user is the return shipping fee.<\/p>\n<p>Products must be returned <strong>within 30 days<\/strong>, in their <strong>original, undamaged condition<\/strong>. Exceptions include software, audio\/video media, or items with broken security seals.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds are processed within <strong>30 days<\/strong> via bank transfer or store credit (for gift cards).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>9. Warranty<\/h3>\n<p>If a product includes a <strong>warranty<\/strong>, it is stated on the invoice or warranty certificate. Warranty claims require both documents. The warranty period is specified in the product description.<\/p>\n<p>Claims can be made with the Merchant or directly with the manufacturer. Repairs must be completed within <strong>45 days<\/strong>, or the product must be replaced.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>10. Delivery<\/h3>\n<p>The Merchant delivers products within the agreed timeframe via <strong>Po\u0161ta Slovenije<\/strong> or another courier service. Additional postage fees apply for cash-on-delivery orders.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"18\">11. Security<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"20\" data-end=\"268\">The trader uses appropriate technological and organizational measures to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. For this purpose, the trader utilizes a <strong data-start=\"201\" data-end=\"228\">128-bit SSL certificate<\/strong> issued by an authorized organization.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"270\" data-end=\"520\">Secure authorization and credit card transactions are handled by <strong data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"351\">Stripe, Inc.<\/strong> Credit card authorizations are carried out in real time, with immediate verification of data from banks. Credit card information is not stored on the trader\u2019s server.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"712\">The user is also responsible for their own security by ensuring the protection of their username and password and by using appropriate software and antivirus protection for their computer.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"740\">12. Child Protection<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"1001\">The trader does not accept orders from individuals whom they know or suspect to be children without explicit permission from their parents or guardians. The trader does not offer unrestricted access to products or services that could be harmful to children.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1228\">Without the <strong data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1035\">explicit consent<\/strong> of parents or guardians, the trader will not collect any personal data related to children or share any received information with third parties, except with the child&#8217;s parents or guardians.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1380\">All communication intended for children will be appropriate for their age and will not exploit their trust, lack of experience, or sense of loyalty.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1406\">13. Privacy Policy<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1521\">The <strong data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1430\">Privacy Policy<\/strong> is an integral part of these <strong data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1492\">General Terms and Conditions<\/strong> and is available <strong data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1518\">here<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1565\">14. User Reviews and Product Ratings<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1723\">User reviews, comments, and product ratings provided by visitors are part of the online store&#8217;s functionality and are intended for the community of users.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"2179\">The trader is not responsible for the content of reviews, comments, and product ratings posted by users or visitors. However, the trader reviews these contributions before publication and may reject those that contain <strong data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2078\">false information, misleading statements, offensive language, obscene content, or those deemed unhelpful to other users or visitors<\/strong>. The trader assumes no liability for the information shared in such reviews, comments, or ratings.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2559\">By submitting a review, comment, or rating, the user or visitor explicitly agrees to the <strong data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2286\">terms of use<\/strong> and grants the trader permission to publish all or part of the content in electronic and other media. The trader has the <strong data-start=\"2408\" data-end=\"2450\">right to use this content indefinitely<\/strong> and for any purpose in its business interest, including <strong data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2556\">advertising or other marketing communications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2813\">The author of the review, comment, or rating declares and guarantees that they <strong data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2681\">own the intellectual and moral rights<\/strong> to the submitted content and that they <strong data-start=\"2721\" data-end=\"2810\">transfer these rights to the trader non-exclusively, indefinitely, and free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2834\">15. Liability<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2836\" data-end=\"3200\">The trader strives to ensure that the information published in the online store is accurate and up-to-date. However, product specifications, availability, or prices may change so quickly that the trader <strong data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3070\">may not update them in time<\/strong>. In such cases, the trader will notify the user (buyer) and allow them to <strong data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3165\">cancel or modify<\/strong> their order (see section <strong data-start=\"3191\" data-end=\"3196\">5<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3202\" data-end=\"3358\">Although the trader makes efforts to provide accurate product images, <strong data-start=\"3272\" data-end=\"3299\">all images are symbolic<\/strong> and may not fully reflect the actual product properties.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3360\" data-end=\"3919\">From the moment the order is handed over to the postal service, the trader is not responsible for any <strong data-start=\"3462\" data-end=\"3541\">physical damage, destruction, loss, missing contents, or signs of tampering<\/strong> with the shipment. In such cases, the user (buyer) must file a <strong data-start=\"3605\" data-end=\"3639\">complaint with Po\u0161ta Slovenije<\/strong>. If the package is damaged, the user must bring it to the nearest post office in the same condition as received (without adding or removing anything) and complete a <strong data-start=\"3805\" data-end=\"3825\">complaint report<\/strong>. The trader will work with Po\u0161ta Slovenije to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3921\" data-end=\"3971\">16. Complaints, Disputes, and Applicable Law<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3973\" data-end=\"4185\">The trader complies with <strong data-start=\"3998\" data-end=\"4033\">consumer protection regulations<\/strong> and has an effective complaint-handling system. A designated contact person is available for users (buyers) via <strong data-start=\"4146\" data-end=\"4164\">phone or email<\/strong> in case of issues.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4187\" data-end=\"4501\">Users (buyers) can submit complaints via <strong data-start=\"4228\" data-end=\"4244\"><a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4230\" data-end=\"4242\">info@stow.si<\/a><\/strong>. The complaint process is <strong data-start=\"4271\" data-end=\"4287\">confidential<\/strong>. The trader will confirm receipt within <strong data-start=\"4328\" data-end=\"4349\">five working days<\/strong>, provide an estimated resolution time, and keep the user informed of the process. The trader will make every effort to resolve disputes <strong data-start=\"4486\" data-end=\"4498\">amicably<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4503\" data-end=\"4759\">If an <strong data-start=\"4509\" data-end=\"4547\">amicable resolution is not reached<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"4553\" data-end=\"4575\">court in Ljubljana<\/strong> will have exclusive jurisdiction. The trader and the user (buyer), as participants in electronic commerce, mutually <strong data-start=\"4692\" data-end=\"4756\">recognize the validity of electronic communications in court<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4761\" data-end=\"5025\">These <strong data-start=\"4767\" data-end=\"4799\">General Terms and Conditions<\/strong> and all disputes between the trader and the user (buyer) are governed by <strong data-start=\"4873\" data-end=\"4917\">Slovenian substantive and procedural law<\/strong>, excluding international private law rules that would refer to the application of any other legal system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5027\" data-end=\"5228\">For any matters not covered by these terms, the relevant provisions of the <strong data-start=\"5102\" data-end=\"5213\">Obligations Code, Electronic Commerce Market Act, Personal Data Protection Act, and Consumer Protection Act<\/strong> shall apply.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"5230\" data-end=\"5283\">17. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5285\" data-end=\"5532\">The trader reserves the right to modify or update these <strong data-start=\"5341\" data-end=\"5373\">General Terms and Conditions<\/strong> in response to changes in <strong data-start=\"5400\" data-end=\"5461\">laws, data protection regulations, or its business policy<\/strong>. Users will be notified of such changes via the <strong data-start=\"5510\" data-end=\"5521\">stow.si<\/strong> website.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5534\" data-end=\"5676\">Each change or update takes effect <strong data-start=\"5569\" data-end=\"5601\">eight days after publication<\/strong>. If required for legal compliance, modifications may take effect sooner.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5678\" data-end=\"5968\">A user who disagrees with the updated terms must <strong data-start=\"5727\" data-end=\"5795\">cancel their registration within eight days of the change notice<\/strong>. If they do not do so, it is <strong data-start=\"5825\" data-end=\"5865\">assumed that they accept the changes<\/strong>, and objections will not be considered. <strong data-start=\"5906\" data-end=\"5966\">Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5970\" data-end=\"6091\">These <strong data-start=\"5976\" data-end=\"6008\">General Terms and Conditions<\/strong> were adopted by the <strong data-start=\"6029\" data-end=\"6088\">director of the trader in Ljubljana on January 25, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6093\" data-end=\"6160\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"6093\" data-end=\"6160\" data-is-last-node=\"\">We wish you a pleasant shopping experience in our online store!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
